Looking For Fs Profile

I came across this really useful sheet that was a whole class record (portrait A4) - a page for each area - I thin it came from cambridgeshire LEA - has anyone seen it / saved it? - I just printed it off however would like a copy for my collegue any I have looked and looked but cannot find it :o

I do mine landscape because then I can get each area on one A4 sheet apart from CLL which messes up the system! Attached File  class_assessment.doc   675K   146 downloads

Of course, if you used eProfile software it would do all this for you - as well as enable you to produce some rather nice graphs showing pupil progress!!
