Hi I'm wondering if anyone can help, I will shortly become supervisor at my setting and one thing everyone is asking for me to do is look at our paperwork and simplify it.... Is this possible? Can you change it from setting to setting?

Welcome Mellyh, and good luck with your new position, not sure what changes you and your team would like to make, but i would suggest one thing at a time, maybe look at the provision as a whole and then decide what needs addressing first.
I'm sure you will get lots of sound advice on here for simplifying planning, observations and next steps.
Most importantly make it as fun as possible.
