Sitting in front of a blank page at the mom .... could anyone kindly give a few starter points to personal competencies and skills relating to the work place or successful study. Just need a kick start

Have you seen the CWDC induction standards for everyone working with children and young people? It may help you make a shortlist. You can find it here (I think!).
