Can't help you myself I'm afraid, but I can recommend Kate's knowledge here - my daughter did a dancing course with her when she was four! :D

I've just bought 'Action Kids' by Val Sabin, with an accompanying CD and cassette. It's a very detailed, practical guide to doing physical activities with 3-5 year olds. There are ideas for warm-ups and cool downs, and separate sections for activities leading (in later life) to gymnastics, games, and dance. I think it's very good and have chosen bits from each section for next term. There is a website:
