hi can anyone help with this question i had a homework question im stuck on part of it i have got to list the statutory and regulatory arrangements covering health and safety at our setting for children staff visitors etc did the regulatory one but forgotten what would be statutory ones any advice would be great as i am trying to get it finished thanks

I dont know them off the top of my head but if you get hold of the Day care standars book or look in the new EYFS document all the info is there.

Do you mean things like COSHH and RIDDOR? That sort of statutory regulation?

thanks for your replys yes i checked at work today and they said it was things like cosh and riddor
