Please can someone point me in the right direction. Two of my staff are doing NVQ's and I have been asked to write a witness statement about their practice. How much should I write, how do I set it out? Thanks in advance.

When I was N.V.Q assessing staff had witness testimony forms. All we asked was the witness wrote a brief concise statement of what they had witnessed and the staff then cross referenced to the standards. Usually the statement if it was on one area was just a couple of paragraphs covering the main areas. Hope this helps
One hundred years from now, it will not matter what car I drove, what kind of house I lived in, how much I had in my bank account, nor what my clothes looked like But the world may be a little better, because I was important in the life of a child

I usually ask them to provide me with the criteria it has to cover, i then write my witness statements to cover these.
