Major Steps Childcare are recruiting for an experienced Team Leader to lead a busy 40 place pre-school.

Must be qualified to a minimum of Level 3, have a sound knowledge of the EYFS and good motivational and organisational skills.


Duties will include: - Providing and planning exciting resources and activities for the children, working closely with the parents, other staff members and committee to ensure the children achieve to the best of their ability, completing all paperwork to go with this, developing the children’s Learning Diaries etc
