I hope you and you little ones are settling in to the new year. We are a school (Yr R) and have just started to use the message feature. We have a problem with shared communication (quite a few job shares and a large team).
So when a parent uses message I get the notification - great but on my day off! My job share colleague and the other staff can't pick this up for me or be kept in the loop with what is happening. I have sent a screen shot of the message but is there any way that we could expand the message to be a 'group message feature?'
We can remind the parents of our working days so that they contact the appropriate staff member, but it still leaves the issue that the rest of the team miss some communication. If we are on a course or sick the parent is left waiting for the reply, whereas if it were group access to the parent query someone else could pick it up.
Any thoughts on an easier way to mange this? The parents seem to really like it and is definitely a great tool to have
