I agree with this calculation, it's the percentage of your private fee to your government funding that you can claim. Which is easier to calculate but still confusing. We bill half termly but I would base my figures on the registered children and what they would pay/ be funded for in February, regardless of when it was paid. So the number of weeks wouldn't make any difference as it would be a percentage. I think? 🤔
