term time holiday and pay calculation

Advice on holiday pay please... We are a term time setting and our holiday pay is paid in August. Following the new rules from April 2020 where everyone is entitled to 5.6 weeks holiday....can I ask if this is pro-rata for someone who works 3 days per week?
