I have just moved to a new nursery as a manager and from what I can gather the planning is more 'in the moment' as I have been unable to find any evidence of a curriculum. How do you plan a Early Years curriculum for 2-4 year olds in one room? 😪 Thanks 😊

Hi, I start a new job role soon as manager for a preschool nursery (I am currently a toddler room leader). At my new setting it is just one room that caters for 2-4 year olds. How do I go about planning? Do I need to do separate weekly plans for each age range or just one weekly plan ensuring that the activities are suitable for all ages? Also any tips or advice on anything preschool manager related would be amazing! 😊 Thank you!
