Hi, I too am completing my Level 3 and need to discuss reflection. Your findings pretty much align with mine. However, Klobs Experential Lerning Cycle model focuses on learning through experience. This has four stages; Concrete Experience where you are actively engaging in an activity or event; Reflective Observation where you can reflect on the actual experience so you can think about what went well and what could be improved; the using Abstract Conseptulisation you can form new ideas or theories based on your own reflections; finally with Active Experimentation you can then apply the new ideas and test them in your own practice. I believe this also aligns well with your point on Schon's Reflection in Action. I strongly believe that by remaining actively engaged in reflection you will continually have a natural reflection cycle for continuous learning which will maintain continuous CPD and improvement in practice.
