I really like Mezirow’s Transformative Learning Theory. Jack did this work in 1991. Without reflection he said there is no transformative learning. What I liked about it is that reflection often leads to changing one’s view of things. I think that as practitioners if we are willing to change views then we can deal with our biases. This is a huge benefit or advantage in planning for development. I am doing a Level 3 Early Year qualication and this course has made me research and find forums like this to learn from. Thank you.
