I am a former Early Years Practitioner (of 10+ years) and now I am completing a Doctorate in Educational, Child and Community Psychology at Exeter University.I have just started my thesis. My research will explore how well-equipped early years practitioners feel in identifying and supporting children with special educational needs and how the local authority and educational psychologists are/could support early years settings.
