Hi, I'm new to early years and just trying to understand the ratio requirements. Nothings set in stone yet but from September the nursery class I'll be working in are planning to have a teacher, one TA3 (who will work Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday), two TA2, one TA3 apprentice (who will be working Thursday, Friday to cover the TA3) and one TA1 as a 1 to 1. From my understanding this doesn't meet the framework as there will be no TA3 two days a week and the TA3 apprentice will only include as a TA2. Just want to make sure I've understood the framework right before I raise it. Thank you.
