Hello, I am currently in the process of completing my dissertation for my BA(Hons) Early Childhood Studies - which is ‘An exploration the under representation of males in the Early Years’. I am looking for the perspective of male practitioners who are currently in/have previously worked in the early years workforce and have therefore created this questionnaire which should take 5-10 minutes to complete and is completely anonymous.
