We are using Amazon KIndle fires HD and the photos wont upload as they state the format is wrong . Photos are in HEIC. Do they have to be in a jpeg format and if so how can it be converted as a default

Thank you. We are opening now with maximum of 10 children aged 3-4 years. No 2 year olds and 3 staff. Not sure when though

I am thinking of returning on the 1st June and would like to know what anyone else is classifying as a small group? We would normally have 30 in one room but are considering no more than 12.
