Guest
Whoops! Trust me to get it wrong! We only used to have yearly appraisals.
Guest
Not sure if this is what you mean but here are a couple of different forms that i would use review_form1.doc Appraisal_Form.doc
Guest Wolfie
I used this form - I asked each staff member to think of two points that they wanted to raise and I also thought of two points. I kept the meetings fairly short - maximum of 15 minutes - but made sure that they happened regularly and without fail. I found them very effective although it took a while for staff to make the most of them and be "brave" with the points they raised!!
