Information For New Children

I would like to collect Information from home for children starting in September to inform the start of planning.

Has anyone got a copy of what they use to collect information on new children, Thanks

Hi - I started a thread on exactly the same subject a couple of weeks ago....if I was any good at it I'd do you a link but I'm not....I think if you put something like "initial information" into the search facility it should come up and there are some lovely things that people shared there! Sorry I'm so useless at the IT bit!

Actually, it's a miracle it worked! Ask anyone, I'm the world's worse at anything computery!! It took a lot of handholding from others here to teach me that trick!
