We have been asked for our code of conduct, unfortunately our pre-school hasn't actually got one in place. If you have one could you please tell me what yours has in it . Many Thanks Debbie

debstephens
Rosepetal. The course is being run by Mercia Business School, I believe our P.L.A advisor found out about the course, she asked her groups who would be interested and then asked the P.L.A. to put the course on. Some of us have been able to get transformation fund money to pay for it. We meet up once a month for a workshop with tutors and then fortnightly in small groups (or more often). We have assignments which need to be handed in each month (8) and then we have to complete a project. The whole course should take about a year. Hope this is some help. Debbs Hello Debbs, Thank you, i will speak to my manager today to ask if its possible for me to apply for the Diploma in Management, they have spoken to me about doing an NVQ level 4 in Management but nothing has ever materialised so i think i need to persist on this. Hope you enjoy your course. Thanks again. Rosepetal
Guest
There are so many management qualifications out there it is a minefield. What level you go in at depends on your current job role, experience, and previous qualifications. I would say talk to your local colleges to see what entry to go in at. I was amazed to be told that I could do the Executive diploma in mangement at level 7 starting this September which is 6 hours at college per week and assignments lasting for one year. It costs £664 but was told it does not fall under Quality Premium Transformation Fund rules!!! So trying to see if I can funding in another way but I think it should be. If you look on the Chartered Management Institute website there is a wealth of info there detailing the courses.
