Guest Posted April 16, 2007 Posted April 16, 2007 This is the format for our reports we send out at the end of year. You tick where they are in the ELG boxes. We write them individually and I use the profile and curriculum document to get my key phrases, referring to my assessments and profiles to see where they are. I like this as you can personalise it a lot more than some of the computer package reports some schools use. Hope this is what you wanted. Reception_2006_format.doc
Guest Posted April 16, 2007 Posted April 16, 2007 we used to have report similar to lizgriffin's - although they take a while to write I do like the personal approach. last year we changed to more tick boxes - needed to be in line with rest of school as they wanted to make report writing easier. we always have a section for the child to complete (with adult support) so they can reflect their views.
