Guest jean
Just thought of something else i wanted to ask. Those of you with a nursery at a primary school, do your nursery children go to assembly with the rest of the school. If so and you are a P/T nursery what do you do about the afternoon nursery who won't have the chance to go to assembly (assuming your assembly is in the AM) Jean
Guest
Hi Jean, I am in a Curch of England Primary School Foundation Unit. We only run a morning session so can't help with the Pm children missing the assembly. We only attend a Friday morning merit assembly which the children really enjoy. Hope that helps. Guest
Our assemblies are done on a rota and all classes do an assembly. The FSU do 2 a year, 1 in the morning and 1 in the afternoon
Marion
We no longer attend assemblies (only special ones) but previously our nursery children attended 2 assemblies a week the same as Kermit has said. One assembly a week took place on a Friday afternoon (the rest were mornings) so that afternoon nursery children had the chance to attend.
