Guest Posted February 18, 2007 Share Posted February 18, 2007 If your thinking of doing 'Dear Zoo' I had planned to do an assembly last year but we missed our 'slot' as we went to the farm. I had collected large boxes (ones from fridges / washing machines) and was planning to paint them up to match the ones in the book (with children's help of course!) and have the 'animals' popping up as a child said 'I wrote to the zoo to send me a..'.
