I have left my Lighthouse Keeper book at school and need to know what Mrs Grinling makes Mr Grinling to send in the basket - there is a double page spread in the book with pictures of about 8 dishes on it. Does anyone have the book to hand or able to remember what she makes? All I can remember is the seafood salad!!! Mrs Grinling made: A mixed seafood salad A lighthouse sandwich Cold chicken Garni Sausage and chips Peach Surprise Iced sea biscuits Drinks and assorted fruit.
