Hi does anyone have a weekly plan for introducing money to reception children. Thanks

have you tried the abacus site - you can download the teaching cards for a money week.

If you've got an IWB then www.teachingmoney.co.uk is really good, I find the 'coin drag' game a good one to start with as you can select which coin to use and get the children touch the board for the coin to appear, this helps to reinforce counting in 1s,2s,5s,10s as well (more coins appear as board is touched or mouse clicked to correspond ie 4 pennies if tap board 4times etc, the drag/delete button -if you click it then click on a coin it will remove that coin or 'reset' will clear all coins)
