We have so many things that need developing, that I am finding it hard to prioritise. Do you have 1 action that you agree to have completed by a certain time, before you set another one? Sue R Posted October 22, 2006 Share Posted October 22, 2006 We have development plans for all sorts of things, throughout the nursery. It helps to delegate and make individuals responsible, reporting back to manager so there's some monitoring.
