Beau Posted February 25, 2004 Share Posted February 25, 2004 Got up this morning to find thick snow. Have had to close the playgroup as I'm not chancing taking my car up my lane. Most of the schools are closed too. Yipee! A chance to catch up on all that paperwork. Sorry to all you folks going in to work this morning. In norfolk we have havent had any this time around, i could do with a day off to catch up on paperwork to, even though i seemed to of spent most of half term doing it. I say this, but then again, when the school closed last time we had the snow, I still opened the preschool (not on school premisies) and we all went outside to play in it. But then 98% of our children live in the village, so they had no excuse not to walk in. Those that didnt turn up were those who's parents couldnt face not bring the car 1/2 a mile up the road. If any of my parents are on the forum, WE WILL NOT CLOSE IF IT SNOWS, if we dont get many children in i can go in the back on my laptop.
