Hope someone can help with this question under knowledge requirements it states: What strategies or styles of working could you implement which encourage effective working relationships? Anyone got a clue? I would be so pleased to have feedback on this. I thought this unit would be quite easy to do as an optional, but wish I hadn't started it now! Any help greatly appreciated. I recommend an excellent, easy to read, relevant book called; "Essential Skills for Managers of Child-Centred Settings" Authers Emma Isles-Buck & Shelly Newstead.
