Hope you are all enjoying a more relaxed pace during the hols.

 

Am busy getting together some Transition Guidance materials have the fab Sally Featherstone books- Making it hapen in Year 1 & Smooth Transitions & QCA Continuing the Learning Journey...

 

All I need! AlthougH, I am now beginning to write a FS - Yer 1 Transition Policy.

 

Does anyone have a policy they would be willing to share..Just need a starting point...

Thank you for sharing that Marion - transition from FS to YR1 just does not seem to be a concern in our school and yet i think it is something which really needs addressing. Hoping to get info together to speak to the head about it.
