Focus Activity Planning

Does anyone have examples of their 'focus activity' planning they would be willing to share. I'm at a bit of a loss. I have a blank pro forma but just wondered what exactly needs to be included Thanks so much

I did all my planning in one format

but if you need something separate you would need to indicate curriculum area and ELG you are aiming towards and a learning intention. Then presumably you would need to describe the activity, indicating resources and key vocab possibly and how you are delivering this---whole class etc and your differentiation if appropriate.

You may also want to evaluate the learning that takes place and indicate next steps.
