It gives you each of the animals in Chinese writing and how each is said in Chinese. There are some other interesting bits on there also. Linda
Guest Posted January 15, 2004 Posted January 15, 2004 Two more sites worth looking at for Chinese New Year. http://www.chineseparade.com/history/stories/story.asp which is Southwest Airlines but has some interesting background to New Year customs etc. Also www.chinatown-online.org.uk/celebrations.html which has some good stuff, includes an education section with some classroom activities for decorations etc. including a photocopiable money envelope which I intend to print on red paper and put some chocolate coins in for the children.
