Guest Posted May 31, 2006 Share Posted May 31, 2006 I am currently doing my NVQ 3 so I can become a teaching assistant hopefully but I was wondering what other jobs I would be able to do with this qualification, if I ever finish it. You can go down the Teaching Assistant route, or can work in a nursery or pre-school setting. Alternatively, there are jobs such as early years workers in children's centres, where you run creches or Stay and Play sessions for children and families. Other job roles are things like outreach workers. Job roles are increasing and 9 times out of 10 they'll look for a level 3. As you gain more experience, the more opportunities there will be.
