Adding multiple children to observations. Photos not showing

Good afternoon.

I am using Tapestry for the first time, but struggling with it! 

I have just uploaded an observation to my new parents with 10 photos attached. I have tagged 14 of my new starters so that their parents can see the photos in one place. 

However, it says I have set up observations to not display photos when multiple children are tagged. 

Please can anyone advise on how to change this particular setting.

Hi @Frances Port_909905319,

There's a setting in the Control Panel which determines whether relatives can view pictures and videos attached to group observations.

You can find and change this setting by going to the Control Panel > User Permissions > Relatives > Observations > and editing the 'View group observation media' section. This tutorial explains a little more about the relative permissions screens. 🙂
