Extra bookings - can you mark them as funded?

Hi. 

Welcome to the Forum! 

Currently, it is not possible to add extra bookings as funded as the advice we were given when setting up the system was that funded hours were generally agreed with the relative on a longer-term basis, and therefore extra bookings would not fall into this category. 

If this is something you would like to see added though, please do email the suggestion into customer.service@eyfs.info as we can certainly look into this further. 

We are working on making it easier to change the child's regular schedule in the next release, which will hopefully help with this though. 

In the meantime, you would need to add a negative charge as an additional line payment when creating the invoice.
