You would need to visit and go from there, I would imagine but look carefully at the curriculum provision for FS. Does it fit with how you like to work? What is the provision for YR1 and Yr2? I have a friend who is the head of such a school and she loves it although the size also means she plays her fair share of class teaching too. Good luck.
