Employing new manager

We are a pre school, committee led setting and in process of employing a new manager.  Please can you help with what we need to do to cover everything.

We have 2 references, done DBS, copies of all relevant certificates (seen originals).

I know we also need to notify OFSTED.

What other documentation do we need on file?

Any help and advice welcome!
