Candidates should be enthusatstic we are working with the curosity appraoch, meaning our children learn through natural reseource. Practitioners track learning and development through in the moment planning. Candidates should hold a level 3 qualification or level 2 with intentions to train and ideally have some experience in working with children under 4 years of age.
