However they are not responding to my communications re transferring the account/profile to me. Is there a way we can bypass this and allow the parent to create her account with us or does she need to use a different email address? Thank you Quote
FSFRebecca Posted September 13, 2018 Posted September 13, 2018 Hello, If she has left the nursery and they are not sending the journal on you can set up a new account using her email and password as it was originally, assuming she is now marked as 'inactive' on the old account. If she is still active in the old account then yes, she will need a new email and password. Hope that helps Quote
