New article! When are persistent behaviour issues problematic?

We have today published a new article by Jane Evans who is a very well-known writer and trainer with particular specialism in supporting children with trauma. The article discusses how staff working with early years children can use their understanding to empathise with children's feelings and begin to help them build strategies to manage their own behaviour.
