EmilyTapestrySupport Posted March 29, 2017 Share Posted March 29, 2017 You are able to see this information when you click into an observation, underneath the title you will see who authored the observation, and if it has been approved, which member of staff did this. Relatives will by default also see this information. You can disable to this option so relatives cannot see who approved an observation by going to the Control Panel -> Settings -> Observations, unticking the 'Show relatives who approved the observation' option and pressing save.
