Michelle_Dunn Posted January 26, 2017 Share Posted January 26, 2017 Hi Is it me being daft but when a parent adds an observation I don't get notified but currently I have it set so all observation have to be approved by the manager and I did not see a parent observation until a few days when going through them all. I know it is more work having it set like this but we currently have staff with dyslexia and when starting on Tapestry they stressed they would only feel comfortable if they were checked prior, we also have apprentices carrying out observations and as they are learning it was also to support them in what observations contain and they can develop them when needed prior to parents seeing them.
