Job Description:

Early Years Teacher – January Start

£120 – 160 per day.

 

A small school in Chesterfield require an Early Years Teacher with experience working in the Foundation Stages. Initially the role will run until the end of the academic year with the possibility for a permanent role for the right candidate.

 

Your day to day role as an Early Years Teacher will include:

– Motivating and stimulating children’s learning abilities, often through play,

– Developing visual aids and teaching resources,

– Assisting with the development of children’s personal, and social abilities,

– Encouraging development through stories, songs, games, drawing, and imaginative play,

– Working with others to plan and co-ordinate work,

– Observing, assessing, and recording each child’s progress,

– Ensuring that the health and safety of children and staff is maintained at all times.

 

To be considered for this role you must:

– Hold a current teaching qualification, EYPS, EYTS, full QTS or any UK equivalent

– Have an enhanced DBS on the update service,

– Have two references which cover the last twelve months of employment,

– Be well organised.
