Guest Posted November 10, 2016 Posted November 10, 2016 Has anyone got a questionnaire or grid that they use with staff to identify any support or mentoring they need? Mine are all quite good about accessing training courses but we have flagged that maybe some people would benefit from more informal support from within the team, and I'm struggling with how I get them to identify/acknowledge this. If anyone has something they are happy to share I would be grateful. TIA Quote
