Covering Pc's In Other Ways

Am abit confused really

 

I need to finish c11.1 to get a unit signed of and have been told that can do a piece of written work as long as it covers allthe pcs

 

Is this ok?

 

As I dont think i am likely to cover it in my setting with reflective accounts or witness statements

 

I have already done written work for the knowledge but didnt think you could for the pcs

Yes, it's acceptable, provided all other possibilities have been exhausted, after all, only two of the pcs have to be observed.
