Updates and improvements October

The following changes have been made to the updated version of Tapestry:

  • We have released Android app version 3.2.11. Main change is to make it work better if an upload takes so long that the screen locks while it is happening.

The following changes have been made to the updated version of Tapestry:


  • It is now possible to (optionally) include comments in the PDF of a journal

  • There is now a reminder to check your spam folder when requesting a password reset

  • Managers can now see a log of what has happened to emails, so they will know if an email has been sent and received successfully

  • Information text on screen will make it clear when an observation is "Staff Only"

  • When a manager logs into an expired trial they can now request a conversion

  • The relatives list on the control panel won't show deleted children any more

  • Fixed typo in analysis

  • Various behind the scenes bug fixes and performance improvements

The following changes have been made to the updated version of Tapestry:

  • Managers can now edit the main contact email address

  • When editing a photograph that has been used as part of a group observation you can now choose whether editing changes the photograph for all the children it is attached to or if it just for a particular child. This means you can upload the same photo and text to a group of children (groups obs) and then change the photo for one child, whilst keeping the text the same for all children attached

  • It is now possible to disable the 'child' section on reports if required
