Re - activating a child's account

Hi Tigger,

If the child is still 'inactive' on your account then you can just click on the edit child cog in your 'inactive' children and make them active. If you have deleted the child it depends when you did it - if it was within our retrieval period we could get them back for you. They might be on your deleted children list (have a look on your filters) - if they are you can reactivate them yourself. If not send a support ticket to customer.support@eyfs.info and put my name on it in the title field. We'll need the child's name - so don't put it on here, only in a support ticket!
