nkatene
Morning, Under the photos online it says 'your school gives you permission to download these photos' followed by a link to download. I thought parents were not allowed to download or is it that they can download and not share online. I haven't seen anywhere in the settings where i would not allow parents to download photos. Please could you let me know. Nikola
FSFRebecca
Hello, You can prevent parents being able to download photos and videos from the control panel. If you go to control panel > settings > relatives. You will see a check box that will enable/stop parents being able to download. They will be able to download them to their computer to save. Manager's will always see this option on their screen whether or not they have the 'relatives' box ticked.
perryfields
Hi, If I allow parents to download photos of their children, does this mean they would be allowed to download group photos? Ours is currently set so parents cannot see any group observation photos. Thanks
FSFRebecca
If you have got the 'mask' feature on it will not show a picture for the parents to download - if they can't see the photograph they will not be given the option to 'download' it. To reassure yourself you could set up a test parent and child and send yourself a group observation photo.
