Guest Posted January 25, 2006 Posted January 25, 2006 Hi all, I've read previous threads on the five senses, but I can't seem to find any ideas for a story about Smell. I know theres Ferdinand the Bull, but I can't get my hands on a copy. Does anyone have any ideas.
Posy Posted January 25, 2006 Posted January 25, 2006 Who's Making That Smell? Don't know if it would be suitable. Barb
Guest Posted January 25, 2006 Posted January 25, 2006 Just beat me to it Barb! I was going to ask how old the children were-but I think all young children love lift the flap books which this one is. Whos' making that smell is by P. Hawthorn and J .Tyler. Linda
Marion Posted January 26, 2006 Posted January 26, 2006 off the top of my head Scruff by Gerald Rose.Granny takes Scruff into town past lots of interesting smells and everyone comments on an odd smell. Its not until they get back home they discover the smell is Scruff.
