Starts to communicate urination, bowel movement - 8-20m.

Hi all,

My baby room staff mentioned their babies never meet this statement. I've talked about 'best fit', and not needing to meet every statement, but they seem reluctant to ignore that statement for virtually every child. Which makes me wonder if it's the way they are interpreting it? What do you all do with that statement?

Never?? Do they cry if they are wet, or have had a bowel movement?? If so, that's communication ( i doubt they're all Stewie from Family guy............do excuse me, I seem to have defacated, do be so kind as to remove this inconvenience from my diaper :) :) )
