Little Owl Pre-school is a well-established pre-school offering the highest standards

of care and play opportunities to children aged 2 to 5 years of age.

£10.00 per hour

Five days per week (8.15am – 12. 30pm at setting, further paid hours for key work profiles and administrative tasks performed outside session times)

This is an opportunity to work within a small organisation and to really make a difference to the lives of children and their families. Working as part of the Little Owl Pre-school team, you will deliver high-quality play and learning opportunities through a wide range of activities. You will be able to communicate well with young children and their parents and carers and have working knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage.

 

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Level 3 Supervisor, the right candidate will have a strong knowledge of the EYFS and the ability to supervise a team of four further pre-school assistants. A minimum of two years previous experience in an early years setting is essential.

 

The Supervisor will also be responsible for:

• Planning and resources
• Setting up the area on a daily basis
• Promoting positive relationships with parents, children and colleagues
• Ensuring health, safety and wellbeing of the children at all times
• Being a key person carrying out all related responsibilities in building relationships with a small group of children and their families according to the EYFS
• Overseeing the smooth running and high quality practice within the room
